Timothy Firth is the Founder and Managing Director of Synsi Space. With extensive experience in composite construction, high load rigging systems, and advanced composite applications, he leads the company’s strategy to integrate CFRP technologies into next-generation space industry engineering solutions.

Dr Poppy Joshi holds PHD In Physics & a research fellow in quantum technology & is the Senior Engineer at Synsi Space, bringing a background in cold atoms and experimental applications, her expertise supports the development and integration of the company into new sectors.

Penny is a Solicitor specialising in corporate governance and commercial advisory. Acting as a legal and strategic advisor to Synsi Space, Her skill & knowledge supports the company in maintaining strong governance structures, regulatory compliance, and long-term business development.

Stanley Starr is our industry expert with 35 years of space sector knowledge. NASA’s former chief director for Applied Sciences & physics. Holding specialist skills in space mining, mechanical engineering & launch systems. Along side Mars mission planning, Co-lead in ISRU team with an extensive list of publications in instrumentation, mechanical testing, nondestructive engineering, and other technologies in applied physics leading to 7 personal patents.
